It is also a short drive to RI known for its amazing beaches. The neighborhood amenities include a tennis and basketball court, bocce court and park. Come for a week or more! Being a summer cottage, it is NOT HEATED. There is a $175 nonrefundable cleaning fee for each renter stay. All tenants are required to escrow a security deposit of $500. No smoking of any kind inside the house. No pets. Weekly seasonal bookings are Saturday to Saturday.
